Welcome to BplusT LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our cleaning services, website, and related business offerings.

Acceptance of Terms: By booking, using, or accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Scope of Services

BplusT LLC offers professional cleaning services throughout Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Maryland County, and Glen Burnie, MD. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Residential Cleaning – General, deep, and detailed home cleaning
  • Commercial Cleaning – Offices, retail, and corporate spaces
  • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
  • Specialty Cleaning – Post-renovation, carpet, and customized plans
  • Recurring Services – Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly contracts

Booking & Scheduling

Bookings can be made through multiple channels:

Scheduling Policy: Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation via phone or email. We require 24–48 hours’ notice for booking and cancellation unless otherwise stated.

Pricing & Payment

All pricing is clearly communicated before the start of service. Final rates may vary depending on:

  • Property size and condition
  • Type of cleaning requested
  • Frequency of service
  • Special requests or materials

Payment Due: Full payment is due upon service completion unless prior arrangements are made. Late or failed payments may incur additional charges.

Accepted: Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, and Checks

Returned checks are subject to a $35 service fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 24+ Hours Notice: No charge for rescheduling or canceling with sufficient notice.
  • Less Than 24 Hours: A $50 cancellation fee applies.
  • No-Show: Full service fee may be charged if our team cannot access the property.

We understand emergencies happen — please contact us immediately for consideration.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective and safe service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide Access: Ensure property access during scheduled time
  • Remove Valuables: Secure or remove valuable and fragile items
  • Pet Safety: Ensure pets are contained during service
  • Accurate Information: Provide truthful details about property and cleaning needs

Service Guarantee

We strive for complete client satisfaction.

  • Notify us within 24 hours if you are dissatisfied
  • We’ll re-clean the affected area at no charge
  • Guarantee applies only to agreed-upon scope of work

Liability, Insurance & Damage Policy

We are fully insured and bonded to protect both our clients and our team.

  • Accidental Damage: Must be reported within 24 hours for review.
  • Insurance Coverage: Includes liability and workers’ compensation.
  • Limitations: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or improperly installed fixtures.

Health & Safety Policy

Your safety and our staff’s well-being are a top priority.

  • We use EPA-approved, non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible.
  • Clients must inform us of allergies, sensitivities, or restricted areas.
  • Unsafe or hazardous environments may result in service refusal.

Website & Digital Usage

By using our website, you agree not to misuse or disrupt our digital platforms. You may not:

  • Copy or reuse content without permission
  • Attempt unauthorized access or data collection
  • Use our contact forms for spam or non-service inquiries

All website materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, or public emergencies.

Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
